Refund policy

To initiate a return, please follow the following steps:
Step 1: Contact us at
info@buthonestly.co or through our website here. Please state your product and reason for refund in the email.

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please package the parcel in a sealed bag or flyer; you may reuse the flyer received from us by re-sealing it with tape. *important: Items sent back to us without step 1, first requesting a return, will not be accepted and the refund will be withheld.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
You may opt for an exchange rather than a refund. The steps are the same. Please follow the refund steps but include your purpose of exchange instead of refund. 


Refunds/Damages/Exchanges Confirmation
All confirmation will be done via email. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@buthonestly.co.

Events
For event orders, we do not provide a refund option; unless there is a special case made 3 days after your order was made, in which a refund can be provided upon the discretion of the team.
