Shipping policy

At But Honestly, we are dedicated to getting your orders delivered to you as soon as possible. You mean the world to us and we would love for you to experience what we provide as soon as your orders are placed. Please ensure that your orders are complete and final; a receipt will be sent to you upon the completion of checking out of your order. Therefore, please be advised that you will not be able to amend, combine, or change your orders once your receipt is emailed to you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
“Domestic shipping” refers to all orders that are made within Malaysia including all states. Please note that shipping services are not fixed. Our estimated shipping duration will take 3-5 business days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and up to 7 business days for deliveries to East Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak).

Please note also that shipping services and sorting facilities may expect hold ups or delays during festive seasons, with an additional delay of 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
“International shipping” refers to all orders that are made outside of Malaysia. Our shipping services are capable of shipping orders to all countries. However, since we are based in Malaysia, our shipping fees may be overwhelming for some countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and country of delivery. The shipping duration out of Malaysia can differ depending on your location. Please refer to the shipping information during checkout for an estimated time of delivery.

Please note also that shipping services and sorting facilities may expect hold ups or delays during festive seasons, with an additional delay of 3-5 business days (does not limit to shipping services in Malaysia).

SELF PICK-UP
Self pick-up is an option for you during checkout. You will be prompted to select your mode of delivery. Please be advised that the pick-up option is subjected to availability. Self pick-up orders will be made available in 24 hours.

Please note that if you would like to opt for your own delivery, such as Grab or Lalamove, you will need to input the information yourself while bearing the cost of delivery as well. You may input the details as stated:
